Cynthia Klint has over 15 years of senior leadership experience during which she has demonstrated a commitment to strategic governance and operational integrity. In 2025, she became the Chief Governance Officer at Credit Human in San Antonio, TX. Credit Human is a member-owned, not-for-profit credit union focused on helping people create, build, and maintain financial resilience and strengthening communities through sustainable financial practices.

Previously, Cynthia served as President and CEO of Biodynamic Research Corporation (BRC), an expert witness firm that integrates medicine and engineering to analyze injury mechanisms in accidents. During her tenure at BRC, she led the company’s mission and managed the administrative and operational functions of over 105 employees, including physicians, engineers, nurses, paralegals, medical illustrators, and administrative staff.

Cynthia and her husband are proud parents of two children who graduated from St. George and now attend the International School of the Americas High School.
